Richland Northeast Dental

Richland Northeast is the best dental office in Columbia. The staff is Amazing! They are always kind. Their office is always clean. I had over paid during my last visit and they credited my account. Clearly they are not out for the money. They are always upfront about everything. I love this place!

All he wants to do is pullout all your teeth...and I unfortunately agreed to this and he removed 2 thirds of my teeth and before my followup visit I went to see another dentist for another opinion and they gave me a different diagnosis. and almost 50% less. I ll never recommend him as everything from his mouth is negative. Thank God he's not a motivational speaker.

I had a wonderful experience. The staff and dentist were professional and nice. The office is super clean and bright. I was well informed of the things I needed to do after surgery, medications, and of future treatments needed. One of my best experiences at the dentist office.

I was taken back after my second visit with Richland Northeast. My first visit the staff was nice. I was not too happy with the dentist. They gave me a plan for my dental hygiene plan. I sent my son a month later to find out that my insurance was billed for 2 exams. I found all this out on my second visit. Also, on my second visit oh there was an increase on the plan that they had given me on my first visit. This shows this place is out to make money... After speaking with my insurance provider whom denied the claim. I found out that this was all wrong.. Needless to say.. I am not happy with this office. Do not just pay your bills but request an explanation of charges and speak with your insurance provider to make sure you are not being over charged. The staff didn't seem taken back only when I asked the question of why are we being billed for 2 exams for my son. I will not refer anyone or go back to this office. Poor service and unprofessional along with bad business for overcharging this gives other dentist a bad name.

Great experience!! I had cleaning appointment on my lunch break and the staff was very prompt and courteous. They had me in and out in no time and I didn't feel a thing! Thank you Doctor and Ms.Jessica for making my trip a good one. Highly recommend going!
