This florist was recommended to me. I needed to send a special bouquet to a special person. I spoke to a very helpful lady who promised to arrange something beautiful I was absolutely delighted with the bouquet which was so pretty and fresh, not at all old fashioned. Overall a fantastic experience. Highly recommended

My boyfriend bought be a lovely bunch of flowers from here but received awful service. The manger was rude and dismissive but the the lady making up the bunches was very nice to him. It’s such a shame as they produce lovely flowers, and it should be nice experience for locals. Perhaps you should think about how you talk to customers in future as we most likely won’t shop with you again.

used this company for the first time to send flowers for my sisters birthday. It was more than i would normally consider spending but as i haven't seen my sister very much this year tried this company for something special. The flowers looked absolutely stunning, flowers arrived a couple of hours after I called. The quality of the flowers looked really high too. A great place to try if you are looking for something special

This company is a perfect example of what SCAM is! Flower bouquets this website advertises do not look ANYTHING like what's being delivered (please find photo attached for comparison). This company is deliberately misleading people by putting up photos of luxury bouquets (which look fab, of course), but not mentioning anywhere that if you order a standard bouquet it will look worse than.. a bouquet bought at.. Tesco? The ability to choose among ‘Standard-Super-Luxury’ is being put out there as a choice for size and not the look of the bouquet (which, in my case, turned out to be a choice of look – please refer to photos attached with this review). I did report them to Trading Standards, Advertising Standards Authority etc, but thought would leave a review here, too, so more people can avoid the similar situation! I have no idea how you guys managed to appear on the list of 10 best florists in London (LOL). Will try and find that website where I've got to know about you, so they know, too!!

Spectacular and long lasting bouquets. I always order my mum the white and green arrangement and each time, the bouquet arrives different but within the colour scheme ...flowers are seasonal, duh. Her bouquets last over 2 weeks. I live in CA and my mum is in the UK and even with the time difference and special requests, The Fresh Flower Company always fulfills my order promptly and keep me updated. Wonderful service and the US flower industry need to take note from The Fresh Flower Company.
