iF i COULD GIVE A NEGATIVE i WOULD. My family no longer lives in the Philadelphia area, My parents were sad that they could no longer visit their parents grave sites and place Christmas arrangements. We contacted the Magnolia Cemetery and they referred us to Stein Florist. From the moment we spoke to someone and explained we would like a arrangement sent to the cemetery I was met with rudeness, lack of professionalism and inadequate information. At this time I handed over the request to another family member, because I know longer wanted to deal with this establishment. low and behold, My sister was met with the same attitude, however she continued with the order, purchased two grave blankets and requested photos as proof of delivery. we contacted Steins a NUMBER of times, was told photos would be sent that day, and again the next day, and so on... this went on for days. We were in fact contact by Stein and said the were behind but would send the pictures.. This was not and cheap purchase. In this day of technology, and no one living to verity delivery was made, I don't believe that proof of delivery was out of line. We will never use this florist again, and I will make sure that any body I can reach will know of the lack of professionalism and empathy you get from Stein Florist

Was there this morning and a guy made up a lovely flower display for a grave. He was so nice and helpful. It was beautifil!

Attentive staff. Great variety of plants from succulents to peace Lilly's and during the Christmas seasons tons of Christmas season type plants.

I ordered the Hugs and Kisses Bouquet on website to be delivered to a hospital detox unit for Saturday 2/13. It was not delivered. I spoke with someone twice today 2/14. They are unable to confirm the flowers were delivered. My girlfriend is on the detox unit of Kirkbride Center @ 111 N 49 St. Her phone is off so I can not communicate with her to see if it was delivered. The 800 number keeps giving me the runaround. I am very dissatisfied with Stein and will never use them again. They have made this a less than memorable Valentines Day.

Steins is the best florist on frankford ave n the northeast philly. I sent my sister a peace lily n she was overwhelmed with the beauty of it from steins. Again thank you steins of frankford. Love n peace to all
