The Flower Lady

The flowers are out of this world in this flower shop! I loved the arrangement, and it was really special, vibrant, and lovely! I got really beautiful flower arrangements here last weekend for my mom's birthday. And she did love them! I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family, and to all those who are looking for their loved ones a beautiful bouquet.

If I could give negative stars I would. After working for small businesses most of my life, I always strive to support these guys. I placed an order for flowers to be delivered with a full weeks notice. By no means was the bouquet cheap. There were 3 selections for sizes. Standard, Deluxe, and Premium. I opted for the biggest bouquet, Premium. What I received looked nothing like the photo and was just sad. I immediately called the store and spoke with Vivian? Whom I think is the owner. At first she offered to have the driver pick them up and offered a full refund. To which I didn't at first want to do, I had hoped for some sort of compensation as I didn't want the recipient to be empty handed. Talk about embarrassing. Which is when she then offered a $20 refund and for MYSELF to return the flowers to the shop in Seattle. For real?! Who does that?! I then asked why she was offering this as "compensation". To which she said, "well we have been talking for 15minutes and the delivery guy is too far away now." W.T.F. I at this point checked the call and it had only been 10 minutes.....After correcting her, she asked me to count the stems of each flower type to ensure quality control......... Yes the counts were correct, but, can you honestly look at the photos and tell me this is right? No, you can't. After a few more minutes of arguing with me, she went back to her original offer of refunding the flowers but not the delivery fee. My office has ordered one other time from her and had no issues, so I am very disappointed that my expectations were not met for quality and customer service. I will not be ordering from The Flower Lady again.

I loved how beautiful their arrangements are. You can easily order online and have it delivered quickly. Their service is fast and they are great at showing you how your arrangement looks. I liked how they deliver quickly as well and they let you know when it has been done. I will be ordering from this business and will be supporting it from now on. Thank you for my flowers.

I purchased their Ferrero Bouquet yesterday and it was fantastic!! It was liked by my mom! She was so pleased, and she even cried, that I had given her a special gift, as special as she was. Next year, I'll certainly be back here for her birthday and I'll buy their packed flowers! She'll love it, I bet! Thanks to the city's best florists!

Alex helped me pick something out which was a huge help because I know very little about flowers. Alex quickly prepared the arrangement for me and I was in and out in less than 10min with a gift that I really loved - and at a reasonable price too! Definitely will be back.
