We highly reccomend New Forest Locksmiths, Alex was absolutely brilliant. He changed all the locks in our new property, including the sheds, giving us a master key system which works superbly. He even took the time to re-align our patio doors, making them work much more easily. He was polite, helpful, efficient and professional.

I phoned Alex late on a Friday afternoon after our uPVC back doors had just got stuck locked, and after trying 3 other locksmiths. He answered his phone straight away, talked me through the possible causes of the problem and how much each would cost to sort out, and made an appointment to come and fix it on the Monday morning. He turned up on time for the appointment, was polite and helpful, and did a great job fixing the problem (faulty gearbox in the locking mechanism). The doors now lock/unlock more smoothly than they have in ages. Highly recommended!

I cannot speak highly enough of Alex and the service he provided. He responded immediately to my enquiry and attended the following day. He was polite, personable and very efficient. I had asked him to replace 2 locks and had accepted his quote for doing so. In the event, he felt he was able to fix one lock rather than replace it so charged less than quoted for the job. He completed the work swiftly and with minimal disturbance. Altogether very impressed with the service he provided. His attention to the safety of all parties, given the pandemic, was second to none that I have experienced to date. I am extremely happy to recommend this company.
