Customer service is an absolute joke. Carried out a boiler service and quoted some additional work for me and I queried some of this. I have called them 3 or 4 times to discuss this and was assured someone would ring me back. 6 weeks later and I still have not been called back. I have called them today to ask for the service bill so I can get can get them paid so I can then look for a more reliable company. Bad experience if late considering I used to think they were quite good.

Can't speak highly enough of this company and it's staff (both the super helpful office staff and engineer). On being given their details by my landlord - as his go-to, trusted contractors - I rang first thing in the morning, re my boiler not working (no heating/no hot water). I was offered an appointment that afternoon, but due to work commitments I asked if someone could come the following morning. Engineer (Simon) arrived just after 8am and was very thorough, professional and sorted everything (including two extra jobs in the flat that my landlord had requested). Can't thank or recommend B&K enough! Going to work from a freezing cold flat, after an icy shower, in this recent weather? Not great. B&K, on the other hand, really are! Five stars all round.

Landlords Beware - Do not use this company for electrical safety inspections. B&K failed my property saying it needed remedial work that they would then carry out for an additional £280. 3 other qualified electricians who carry out the same inspections told me It should have passed with only an advisory. I put this to them and asked for more detail on the reason for a fail, which they wouldn’t give. They are ripping people off. A complaint is in about them with the NEC IEC, which is being investigated. Beware of this company.
