Joseph's Affordable Plumbing and Heating

I was very impressed with the service I received from Joseph's Plumbing and Heating. The owner, Joseph, arrived to my home on time for the quote. I needed a specific type and size of heater and he spent time reviewing my options and discussing the pros and cons. On the day of the installation Joseph, the owner, was on site for the installation. He arrived with his crew on time and they were very professional. They consulted me regarding the placement of the heater and were very knowledgeable. They did excellent work and I am very satisfied. I highly recommend them for all of your plumbing and heating needs.

I woke up a little bit after midnight to discover that my water heater was leaking. Not knowing anything about water heaters I was panicking. So I started calling several places leaving messages asking for a call back. None did except Joe! Joe called me first thing in the morning and had his crew over in about an hour from that call. The job was done in a timely and professional manner. Joe was very understanding of my situation and put my mind to ease before his crew arrived. He guided me on how to make sure everything was turned off correctly.I’ll be using Joes services on a couple of other issues I have going on as well. I would definitely recommend Joe

Joseph’s is the best. I have to echo a previous review, finally a plumber I can trust. I called Joseph in need after an internet search and another companies inability to troubleshoot the issue. He showed up on Easter Sunday!! He also came out in time to accommodate my tenant’s work schedule. He was able to fix the problem for more than half of my anticipated cost. He restored hot water in no time. God bless you Joseph!!!

Updated - Since my first interaction with Joseph's Affordable Plumbing I have used them two more times. Most recently to install a new toilet. As expected Joseph responded immediately, quoted a very fair price, and scheduled the job quickly. His team arrived on time, they were polite and professional, and completed the job to my complete satisfaction. A.R. Initial review - Finally a plumber I can trust. When my water heater leaked out of the overflow I was given misleading information from the big-box store I purchased it from and their installation service. I spent $200 replacing a valve that was never faulty. I decided to look for a small local plumber and found Joseph's on Google maps. He gave me an estimate that I was able to confirm as fair. He scheduled me immediately, was friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful. He resolved the problem and charged less than the high end of the estimate. I have had Joseph come out and work on drain pipes at my home in the past. Great work and honest price. Today I called Joseph and told him about a sewer smell in my lower bathroom. He explained the problem and told me what I should do. He could have come out and charged me for the trip but chose to share his knowledge. He did the honest and professional thing and I wanted to share that for my peeps out there. Highly recommending this businessman with good character.
