Rang at 10am and greeted by a lovely lady-told her my problem -needed new toilet cistern .I was allocated a PM slot -at 1pm got phone call from plumber saying on his way -all good so far. Plumber arrived as promised and got straight to the point-I knew the cistern was bust so had removed it -he got me a quote which whilst not the cheapest I was happy to accept.i then decided I needed a new kitchen mixer tap as well as the pipework as mine were leaky .plumber combined both and gave me a new quote -again- not the cheapest but I was happy .off he went to find my parts -back within the hour and fitted the cistern first then sorted the taps and pipework out.a really nice friendly and polite chap he was -i am overall extremely happy with the quality of work -the speediness of doing that work and the overall experience I had and wouldn't hesitate in using them again or recommend them to anyone.As I say not the cheapest but I believe in pay more once and save in the long run-pay peanuts and you will get a monkey -pay the money and you get a good job by a qualified fitter -helps that they are local as well especially in these tough times .Thank you all

Prompt service on a Sunday after drain unexpected blocked. Professional service which was more competitively priced than other companies.

I found staff polite and helpful when dealing with individuals but a day after the job was done and paid for I found out from the local water suplier that I overpaid for a sevice at around 120 pounds!!! I rang the company to let them know how disappoited I was and a staff member apologised and tried to say that all private companies charge that much for the drainage blocks. I find it very difficult to understand why the price is over hundred precent more than a company working with the local water supplier. Also little things - They were late on the day I had to call them to see if they were coming at all, they had a wrong address for a job booked a week in advance and have also suggested they will send me communication re. Confirmation of the appoitment and then their system crashed when I asked them to confirm my email address. I am deeply disappoited and please be smart and call your local water suppier first before you hire a private comapny you will save yoursleve a lot of money!!!
