Len The Plumber, LLC

We had an unexpected issue pop up. Called Wednesday evening and by 11:30 am Thursday we had Axel come to our house. By 3:00 pm we were better than good as new. He was up front with costs before any work was done. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything in detail. Answered any questions we had. A very professional and friendly service. I highly recommend Len The Plumber.

James came during time expected was very polite and introduced himself. Came in and routed our toilet and got it working in no time. Also cleaned out the toilet bowl completely. Noticed tub draining slowly and offered to add that service gave an estimate and did the job well. Then he checked everything to make sure things were running and flushing perfectly. James was very well informed and did his job well. would definitely use Len the Plumber again and have in the past. Always friendly and available when needed.

Because I'm not a plumber, I won't begin to explain all that Mr. Sean Cline of Len the Plumber did today at my home. He was an excellent professional who entered my home with a smile and a very positive attitude! He worked long and hard and never once complained. He kept me abreast of everything that he was doing every step of the way. He treated me with respect, kindness and did NOT condescend to me simply because I'm not a professional. This was very much appreciated!!!! If it were possible to give him a rating of 10 stars, I would have. I feel like a valued customer and Mr. Cline was highly responsible for this!!!!

Update #2: The complaint was responded to Saturday following an email and the intervention of management. A cleaning crew was at our house quickly on Saturday afternoon and the damaged materials were removed and everything was cleaned. Still in communication with management but really appreciate the actions taken over the weekend. Update #1: shortly after posting this review on all the services we got a call back saying best they can do is a Monday cleanup and made excuses for why it took over 7 hours for them to respond to a customer having raw sewage in their house. Something to keep in mind. Bottom line: We currently have sewage water sitting in our basement resulting from a LTP newly installed sewage line issue. We have called over 5 times today trying to get a manager on the phone to discuss clean up to no result. Again, we have sewage sitting in our basement because we can't get a manager on the phone. Having experienced great customer service with small plumbing issues with Len The Plumber before we had called them about issues in our sewer line. We replaced that for a significant cost earlier this week. This morning we experienced a sewer line backup in our basement. Luckily the fix was easily cleared by the county, the county employee told us the issue was a large clump of dirt left in the line by the plumbing company. They also left our clean out drain several inches above the ground with a top that could easily be kicked off.

I was very pleased with Len the Plumber. The phone representatives were all very friendly and helpful. My plumbing issues happened during one of our recent storms. Shawn (my plumber) was excellent explaining everything as he worked. He was very polite and had everything he needed in his truck. Everything was fixed before he left. He turned my stress into calm. I am so grateful. I would call again.
