I called several companies that either could not get out for a couple of days or told me they were on the way and never showed up. Darley’s answer service took concern with my need and a plumber called me within 20 minutes of my initial call. He told me he could be at my house in 20 minutes and he was. He introduced himself and was very professional. He fixed the problem within an hour! A problem that had plagued me and my family for 2 days! While installing a new washing machine the delivery person busted a pipe in my laundry room. I had to shut the water off at the street and call water removal experts to eradicate all the water that flowed into my home from the busted pipe. I called 4- emergency plumbers and the earliest appointment I could get was in 2-days. I called plumbers number 5-, Darleys and Pam answered the phone. She was so nice and she immediately put me at ease and promised to have a plumber at my house in 3-hours. Right on time James arrived and in a matter of minutes the pipe was repaired and we once again had running water without having to wait 2-days. James was very professional and he did z great job. This was my first experience with Darleys Plumbing and James Martin was amazing! He was prompt, professional, did the job without wasting any time and gave me a lot of information for future reference. The cost was very reasonable as well. I will absolutely use Darleys Plumbing for all of my plumbing needs!

I would be a new customer. I called the office today and the lady who I spoke to was not very nice. She said what do you need and I told her. Just to run the camera scope down my main sewer line would be $400 for two hours. The line from my house to the street is not very long. No budging from that price. Then I said what if I called and said I have a partial blockage and need someone to come and see what it is and run the machine in the pipe. That would be $150 just to come out and $25 for the machine for one hour. The price is not the problem. I've learned to listen to my gut and my feeling is this would be a mistake to use this company. Not sure who I spoke with but she needs to be fired. Here I am a potential new customer and I'm already mad and aggravated.

I happened upon Darley Plumbing a few years ago and they have taken care of my plumbing problems very quickly. Prices are very reasonable. They are quick to respond and their work has been consistently great. They repiped two homes for me and they take care of smaller issues as they arise, too.
