Eastern and Oriental Tea House and Coffee Parlour

This is the only place in Hanoi I really eat dessert. I have tried so many amazing cakes and cheesecakes here it would be difficult to choose my favourite ones but I will say the chocolate orange cheesecake is always amazing and the other day I tried the apple crumble which was served with fresh cream and it was to die for. I'm never disappointed in anything here. They also have amazing burgers and I especially love the quiche! The most friendly and sweet staff ever, and the owner is just amazing!

It was a great experience. We were able to book a table even on a busy day. Staff was very accommodating, quick and attentive. The desserts are delicious! A bit on the sweeter side but its best complemented with their drinks. Good teas and coffee too. They have other items in the menu if you're not a sweet tooth. Lots to choose from, from savoury to sweet. They do delivery too.

Friendly staff and good service. I've always ordered the food here as take out on grab food but first time indoor dining. They have a lot of seating space indoors and outdoors. Smells so good with all the freshly baked delicious goodies. Very good prices for very delicious food.

Hands down the best cakes in Hanoi. I love the creative range of cakes, how warm and passionate the staff and bakers are about their craft, plus the cosy dining ambience. Will certainly continue visiting at least once a week 😅

Very cozy and sweet place. The owners are working right there and are mega sweet. Amazing pastry for sure. But some waiters are not so sweet;) They promise you a menu and don't bring, they can forget about your order. And be ready that ginger tea it's just hot water and piece of ginger inside the pot. You should at least grate it...
