Ordered a medium bunch of flowers for my mum. I put in the delivery note to ask if they could put them in the garage and then ring the buzzer to say Mike's parcel is in the garage. We wanted the delivery to be a secret so my Dad could present them to my Mum. They followed the delivery instructions perfectly and the flowers are stunning... a perfect bunch! Thank you so much Janet and team! Will definitely use you again!

I ordered on line from Florida and web site very easy to navigate. The recipient was thrilled with the beautiful spring flowers arranged in a hat box and said the fragrance was heavenly. Delivery was spot on. I would certainly order from them again. Very pleased.

Janet’s flowers gets 5* for their kindness and patience while ordering funeral flowers for my late uncle / brother .we live in Rugby and could not attend the funeral in Eastbourne on the 8thFebruary so all the arrangements for the wreath were over the phone this was done professionally such service was commendable especially due to the fact my father wished for red roses,in what was valentines week ,to help with cost, Ian gave sound advice to include other red flowers and we decided on white roses too. The finished wreath was beautiful the hand written card so neat with the exact dedication I had dictated over the phone.The whole process was very quick as the staff are very efficient,the advice given was very helpful at what was a very sad time for the family . We feel so very grateful for Ian sorting out a photograph of the wreath, that I could show my 85yr old father who could not travel the 163 miles to Eastbourne .Many many thanks to all the staff.
