Especially Yours Florist

Sympathy flowers were ordered for delivery in Norton, MA on 2/16/21. Delivery driver called to say he couldn't find the delivery address. He then notified 1-800-FLOWERS that no one was home at the address. Unable to reach anyone at the florist. Flowers were delivered next day. Very pretty, but not as ordered. Approximately $100 for a small basket. 1-800-flowers was again contacted and informed that the flowers were not as ordered. They said the correct arrangement would be delivered Saturday. Nothing received at this time. Either 1-800--flowers or the florist, or both are not being truthful. I don't recommend either! Regarding florist's reply to my comment: You are wrong! The original delivery date was stated by the floral service as 2/16. There is obviously a disconnect between Especially Yours and 1-800-FLOWERS. Not a great way to run a business!

I live in Maine and my mom lives in MA. I ordered flowers from 1800 Flowers for my mom for Valentines Day. These guys are the local florist that delivered my mom's flowers. I got a pic of the flowers that were delivered. Not the ones I ordered. I called 1800Flowers and advised them of the mishap. They had ordered a replacement to be shipped for the following Monday. The flowers never showed. I called again and was told that the flowers I ordered were not available. A phone call would have been greatly appreciated by the local florist (Especially Yours) to let me know. I was advised that another replacement order would be sent on Wednesday. Needless to say, that order never arrived either. Totally disgusted at the lack of communication from this place with regard to the flower delivery. Just bad business.

Beautiful all the way! ordered a dozen yellow roses and they were perfect. Highly recommend Especially Yours Florist!

Just got a $100 order from them for my anniversary. Horrible arrangement and missing part of the order. The delivery driver was also incredibly rude!! I wouldn't pay a dime for what I received. Poor Quality, Poor Service complete rip off - go to Stop & Shop you'll get better service and quality there ...

Owners are really great. They are my go to for flowers. I've only had one issue and they were very accommodating, and left me feeling satisfied. I definitely recommend them.
