I contacted Bill at 9.30 on Sunday morning - and he was at the property by 11 to replace the room lock. My tenant had been trapped in her room all night (only able to exit by an awkward window!). He is friendly, careful and his rates are fair and very reasonable. I am very glad to know that there’s a really good Qualified Master Locksmith so close to the property especially as I am a considerable distance away.
