Absolutely fantastic service! Really impressed with every aspect. Used the messaging service provided on Friday night and I was able to organise an appointment for first thing on Saturday. Communication was very clear and well put across as well as all questions answered incredibly quickly. I got quotes from two other locksmiths as well and SMS were reasonably priced. On the appointment Simon was incredibly efficient and did exactly as quoted. What more can you possibly ask for? There hasn't been a single aspect of this experience that I could find fault with. Fingers crossed I don't need a locksmith in the future but if I do my mind will be at ease knowing I can contact SMS. Thank you so much!

Booked these guys after turning away SW Locksmiths who tried to charge me over £700 to change 3 locks!!! Really easy to book. I rang and then sent photos on WhatsApp for a quote which I had back in minutes. Simon was round within the hour - was completely professional, friendly and fairly priced. He even advised me that one of the locks didn’t need changing and saved me £65! Would recommend and use any time in the future.

Called on the Wednesday evening and spoke to a very professional and patient man who went through the details of service and payment with me and asked what time I would like for my appointment on Thursday. On the Thursday, a lovely man named Simon arrive quite promptly and installed my lock quickly and with a beautiful finish. He even insisted on cleaning up after himself though I offered to do it myself. Truly a great experience for a first time locksmith user. Thanks Simon! 😊

It's now 2years I'm using this company for all the doors/opening bike lock problems. Always a great service. They explain to you what they need to do and tell you the prize (always fair) before doing the job. Called them at every hour and they have been fast and professional.

Will never use SMS again. Locksmith arrived to gain access to property having lost our keys. No issues with the service initially but we subsequently learned the service provided might have been unnecessary and a possible attempt to sell further products. When I rang to question the service and get the reasoning the manager quickly became very aggressive and refused to have a reasonable conversation. Manager even tried to claim his locksmith had been made to feel uncomfortable because of his nationality. Nothing could have been further from the truth. Steer clear of SMS there are several much better and more honest locksmiths in the area. The managers attitude has convinced me that their service was a deliberate attempt to make extra money from a situation where a family, with young children, was locked out of their property. Customer service was shameful.
