Well I went pick my parcel and I may say I s a safe environment covid protocol's in place well ventilated environment happy to be there.

Your delivery service is terrible, and customer care nonexistent. I have been calling for the past 3 days about my package, I'm leaving Accra on Friday and I need my package, I have called and texted the number available but no response. This is very poor customer care.

First time I tried shopping with kikuu was terrific. I fell insecure if I should continue with them.if my problem is solved, I will come back and give you more stars
