It is a spectacular natural reserve, I have visited it for decades and I have noticed how it has gradually been deforested and contaminated due to the bad habit of dumping garbage on the river bank and reforesting oak wood. Added to this is the increase in the demography of the surrounding communities and the abuse by Congress of allowing the construction of new residential areas such as Ciudad Jaragua, for which by decree the 200 quota from reserve to 100 quota was reduced. God judge them who puts money first before the creation of the lord.
