They don’t follow Zara’s policies. You can ABSOLUTELY return clothes even if they don’t have the tags on as long as hey have the ones inside of the clothes along with the receipt and within a couple of days of the purchase. Also, associate’s do not seem to understand that they are there to help you, not only to clean and arrange the store. Even if you’re located in Honduras, you need to follow their policies. It’s like that in every other Zara I’ve visited in other countries. What a nightmare!
