The service that they promise nothing to do with it, I have been with the bad modem for two days and they promised me today October 30 2020 that a technician and there are 5 and they have not arrived we are many people working from home and it is a day of lost salary if someone is going to change Better to stay where you are, it's a shame because they recommended this Multicable thing to me!
