Customer service is lousy. They do not explain what things one must take to get passports and worse still leave the client waiting for hours for no reason. The service is the worst and despite being frequent business customers. Mr. Fat Square is the most spoiled of all, I don't know how he keeps working there.

They lack a good label that identifies and activates landline or cell numbers to be able to call directly.

Bad company 20 minutes before closing time they do not let customers pass, there is no phone number where to file claims and the numbers they give are from a call center where they do not solve anything,

They need to expedite the delivery and receipt of parcels, it takes a lot of time per person. The facilities are not acclimatized, the waiting line is in the sun. Much to improve in its facilities.
