HRVATSKA POŠTA d.d., PU ČEPIN

Typical Croatian/Balkan incompetence. Once they brought me my set of books via Amazon in a potato bag. Twice they have completely destroyed the letters that arrived for me (one was a carton certificate on whose envelope it said "do not fold", and guess what they did). I don't live there anymore so I really don't care about attaching images, I just want people to know how "advanced West and EU" this sh**hole of a country is.

They are not doing their job !!! Disaster.

Today I'm all day home, the courtyard door is open. They're right at the front door of the house right and the postman leaves the cradle in the chest of drawers and goes away. After that, I call the post office and no one comes up. My slim phone looks for private conversations rather than for clients ..

And one star is too much !!!!
