Villa Neuschloss (Neuschloß), Trg bana J. Jelacica The villa of the owner of the Mony Neuschloss factory was built at the beginning of the 20th century on a plot northeast of the factory complex as a freestanding residential villa surrounded by a rich park area. Secessionist ornamentation is stylized by folk architecture. The villa evokes the variety of secessionist architecture with some sort of eclectic variation in the spirit of representative residential architecture. Villa Neuschloss clearly shows us the social position of the factory owner, his wealth and tastes, and his willingness to accept new and contemporary. The marvelous object of the villa has remained so far the main accent of industrial urbanization of Đurđenovac and with a rich park represents a specific value. Location: Đurđenovac, Trg bana J.
