Old Post Office

Building old mail The old post was built in 1906, and still exists in a relatively preserved form today. It is located not far from the train station and has an interesting, irregular ground plan. In a simple square base, a rectangular, elongated, shingle-faced, multi-faceted facade with a four-sided broken roof enters. Upright rectangular windows are symmetrically positioned and break the façade facade in which the central entrance zone of the ground floor has the main entrance to the post office. With its adjoining volume and long stretches of narrow windows the building is associated with the Dutch architecture of the last century.
