Pleasant and hassle free experience. Very friendly and competent staff that suggested further insurance options but did not pressure to buy more than we had booked. We reserved our car online via Sixt, which was a bit more expensive than using third party providers but still the cheapest car rental option in Rijeka.
Good idea to rent a car to have a little road trip on your vacay. Easy to book, app available, friendly people working in the office. Definitely recommend.

Friendly staff. Check in and check out was very smooth.
The personal is nice (they gave me expensive car for the price of cheaper one because they didnt have the one i reserved) but company is not so good.
All the prices are without VAT (+25%) in our country and they pay extra for winter tires, border crossing (EU), any many other small things so it went from 95eur starting price to 174eur really quickly.
This should be more transparent
