Everything was as we agreed, I don't like checking damages on car so I take insurance....but looks like that's in all rent a car companies.....

Rented a car at Rijeka and gave it back at Krk airport. Had no issues; would rent a car from Oryx again.

Really disappointing experience. Came to their office to reserve a car for next day -- everything went fine. Next morning we arrive to pick up a car at agreed time, but they don't have any details about our reservation and no car available. This totally ruined our travel plans and we received absolutely no help from them or apologies.
