Avoid at all costs! Very expensive (we paid over 400 kuna for 2 bags of washing and drying) and we had 3 items of clothing returned with the sleeves torn. They refused to take responsibility and gave us no compensation for the items which were beyond repair. They even had the audacity to claim that the clothes were not ripped when they returned them to us, suggesting that we had somehow torn them ourselves in the hour between picking them up and taking them home! We later found that the bedding was stained, as though it has been splashed with mud whilst drying.
To refer to the review of Grace Richmond, 12 kg of goods were brought for washing and drying +2 carpets. So the price of washing is 15 kn per kg and drying 17 kn per kg, cdakle racunica stima. im ok.iste prices are in the price list that was on the counter.
We are not responsible for any damages for goods that are not inspected before delivery. They claim that the damage occurred in our country and they demanded financial compensation, and we claim that something like this did not happen to us in 11 years of business, so it is not even now.
And thank you for meeting them and printing the necessary documents in the office so that they could continue their journey and take them to the laundry, I was very happy, but we were happy to help. That's how bad we are
