The only laundry service I could find around and they turned out to be quite a good deal. They often have discounts on certain materials and clothing types so if you time your cleanings, you can save up quite a lot. Once you drop stuff off, you get notified by SMS when it has been cleaned and is ready for you to pick up. I love that they are the ones worrying about that so that I don't have to.
The cleaning service falls into the background next to the eternally annoyed and antipathetic employee, who will always leave you waiting while she writes something in her file and spoil your mood no matter how good it is. You know who I mean, that older woman with short gray hair. She is ready to retire because she can't think of her clients, which is a disaster equation in the service industry.
Gave three coats to clean, returned in the same condition. And the SMS didn't arrive. I didn't even get to advertise, but karma will do its thing. Scammers. Mr. Mandic, do you even control the quality of your services and staff? You obviously don't read the reviews either, you don't seem to care. You have a job ad posted but no one seems to want to work with thieves.
I suggest a discount card and ask further if it has a discount. The saleswoman says yes, and then I pay the full amount. Another saleswoman mentions the action for two or more pieces, later I bring another, she says she can't appreciate it. Both salespeople are disinterested, unprofessional and half-hearted. The first and last time I went to them.
If I could give it - 5 stars .... I took the carpets to clean, without any stains just to refresh ... .. The carpets were returned stinky .... The smell of moisture that had crept in after 5 days had not disappeared .. ..the same thing happened to a friend. Bypass in wide arc.
