We bought a ticket at this station from Crkvenica to Rijeka 19:45, the bus never came, it was raining, they were waiting for the bus for 50 minutes, at the checkout the girl was very rude she did not even inform us that the bus would not come !!!!! And we took a taxi to Rijeka because we had another bus from Rijeka to Vienna at 21:15 paid 300 kn and arrived in Rijeka and there our bus went crazy 10 minutes earlier !!!!! Again we took a taxi to catch up with our bus, the taxi driver caught up and phoned the driver and he turned out to be a very impudent person who could stop at a gas station. He directly ordered us to go further to Zagreb !!!!!!! I had to pay 200 euros again by taxi !! 🤬🤬🤬 We arrived in Zagreb and this driver made Storno our ticket without us !!!!! And he also took 100 euros from us for two more tickets, but the ticket did not give us this money, he put it in his pocket and drove us over black !!!!! I remember this trip very negatively !!!!!!!!! A ticket from Rijeka to Vienna costs 71 euros there and back, and he took 100 euros from us from Zagreb! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

The bus is 50 minutes late, the information at the station does not work, and the phone is charged 5kn.

Working time on Saturdays is until 14.00h. Very unfortunate for those who can not buy tickets online.
