On Thursday afternoon, my husband and I were also at the Zaks store in Rijeka. We walked into the store both with masks on our faces, to ask for the price of a Maseratti watch. However your saleswoman was very rude and instead of showing the watch models, she rudely demanded that we put the masks we already had on her face over her mouth. We are regular customers and big consumers in the Zaks store in Rijeka, but Thursday was the last time we entered this and any Zaks store.

After I bought an engagement ring made of white gold, the price of which was 7500kn, the ring quickly lost its shine and I wore it to polish it again, or as they call it, and charged me 50kn because it was bought from them. Again after a while the ring lost its shine and I wear it again for polishing but now the price is not 50 more than 250 which is a shameful price increase of 500% in a year of hope. So far I have bought other jewelry and a watch but because of this experience the last time I entered their store. 👎👎👎👎👎👎
