Since this is a franchise, so not an official store, the same rules do not apply, so employees do not know what they can not (high-level knowledge: D), you always have to wait for a boss to appear who will contact you, and the same never happens, nor does anyone ever call you. My recommendation is better to go to Italy and shop at the official Pandora’s store. There, at least the employees are trained properly, and you will never have a problem with replacement or repairs.
