There's "nothing they can do", really awful

I just need to give my thanks and sincere gratitude to a young man called Zvonimir (sorry I didn’t manage to remember his surname as I was stressed and in a rush at the time) who worked at the Qatar check- in at Zagreb airport on 27th of July. Although I arrived late to check-in (traffic congestion AND car accident), Zvonimir did his best to get me on the flight, even though it was too late for my bag to be checked in, but I managed to arrive safely and on time to New Zealand. Well done Qatar for employing people like Zvonimir, who are so positively promoting your company. Thanks Zvonimir Astrid (lady in yellow dress)
