Sisak Sculpture Park

From 1971 to 1990, the Colony of Fine Arts Artists "Sisak Željezara" was held in Sisak. Within this art colony, a large number of sculptures intended for outdoor exhibitions were created. The sculptures were planted around factory plants and on green surfaces in the settlement of Caprag, which the Steelworks raised for its workers. By sacking the Colony and the failure of the Ironworks Sisak sculptures were left to ruin. Today, only thirty-eight are preserved, and almost everything is in a very bad condition.
