Well thought out, except maybe the barbecue houses are no closer to the children's playground

A well-equipped and well-organized recreation area that has been transformed into a space that in the best of times shows how it is possible to take over the old and abandoned factory industrial part of the dump and bring it to the purpose that is beneficial to all the citizens. Also a small wetland area where you can enjoy the view of birds and other swamp animals and insects.
