They have improved their service. A kiosk is available to receive a number and select the service needed. There were enough service workers to handle the number of people waiting. Served within 10 min of arrival.
As the world and technology move forward, our Post lags far behind in the 18th century. A synonym for a disgustingly slow service is Hrvatska Pošta.
The package or registered mail is never delivered but I have to go to the branch, because the postman is lazy to get off the motorbike or it is difficult for him to enter the yard and knock on his neck or ring the bell! He can’t say I wasn’t home because I have a small child and I’m home all the time, just laziness! They keep leaving me next door, because they are illiterate, so they can't read my house number !!! In a word HORROR! When I said the problem at the counter, the woman told me that she couldn't do anything about it, so who can ???
They do not answer the phone and deliver mail to the wrong address. Very rude.
