Long waiting times. Packages arrive relatively quick from other countries, then get put on hold. It takes them over a week to send a notice of them requesting further proof of transactions and billing of the package itself.
Forget calling their phone numbers, they never respond.
If they are not satisfied with received information, no matter how plentiful it is, they keep saying the information is not correct and the only thing you can do is send the package back to the shop or person you ordered it from.
If you plan on ordering anything, order through the European Union connected countries, it's not worth ordering international packages.
They didn't contact me at all when the package arrived to my adress, and last friday ive been to the post office the lady said that the package is still at carina that i just need to wait for a call and today on monday i went again and they said that the package is sent back to the sender, well who the hell should i listen too! this is what they said the post officers are never obliged to call you if they don't find the surname on the bell, and not obliged means they wont
Don’t even bother sending anything it sits in customs for a weeks worse Postal Service ever
