I waited three weeks for an important shipment from Vienna to finally get the information that the package had been returned back to the sender with the explanation that “they didn’t have enough data” to deliver it to me. On the package was an address that my family has been using for 50 years and it never happened that no shipment arrived at that address. After noticing that the package did not arrive on time, I called the GLS customer service and we "supplemented" the information that was allegedly "missing", but despite that, the package was returned to Vienna a few days later. My first contact with GLS Customer Service was kind and constructive but my last conversation with the same service after a few inquiries turned into a useless and arrogant discussion in which after a few sentences the end user feels humiliated and helpless to come to any quick and reasonable answers because of course why GLS Customer Service would care to get more detailed information or maybe even possibly solve the problem. According to the data published on the website Detaild Shipment tracing, it is evident that the package never left Split and did not reach the nearby island at all. Of course, GLS-Croatia did not make a little effort to get the data that it allegedly "lacked". Since I often use the services of various courier express, it happened for the first time that I did not receive the shipment because usually they all try to get the shipment to the final recipient in any way, but obviously the terms "quality of service" and "satisfaction" user "for GLS in Croatia unknown terms.

Phenomenal service! Fast, helpful, correct. They care that you really get the package and not "eh we tried delivery, you weren't there". Warm recommendation!

So I sent a package from Zagreb to Split and the next day I was at the specified address .. I ordered something online and in a day or two at the address .. I don't know why such reviews are poor ..

I was not in the apartment at the time of delivery because I was at work. It was agreed with the delivery man that the neighbor would pick up the package, but the delivery person did not even call the neighbor but called me and briefly told me that no one came down to get the package and to come to Gorica to pick it up, although delivery was paid. I called customer service and asked for the package to be delivered after 4pm, I got the answer that there is no problem. Tomorrow morning at 6 o'clock the delivery man calls me and without apology: ,, Do you know how long we work?!? We work until 16! In the end, the package was delivered by one of his friends, as much as it seemed to me in a private vehicle and because it was on the way.
