Had a great experience with MACK rental car. We were late returning the car and the team member waited for us to arrive and waived the late fee. We also left a book behind in the car and they mailed it back to us in another country. Their office is located in a 5 Star hotel so it's a great place to grab a coffee/meal while you pickup or drop-off your car. Overall, it was a seamless, worry-free and pleasant experience. Great customer service! I would absolutely use them again. Thank you!

We had a great experience renting a car from M.A.C.K. Since making the reservation with Mr. Slavko very helpful and when we got the car at the airport with the person who was waiting for us, Mr.Ante, very attentive and explanatory. We stayed sixteen days, a practically new vehicle with low mileage, in general, it was a perfect, worry-free and pleasant experience. Excellent customer service! I will definitely use it again. Thank you M.A.C.K. Team!

Terrible service. M.A.C.K. rented me a car during Corona time, which obviously had not been cleaned. They told me it had not been used for several days as an explanation for the dust, but later they told me it had just been returned, which was why they didn't have time to clean it. Both can't be true, so they lied to me as a customer. And what kind of company rents out a car that has not been cleaned properly and lies about it?! It was not just dust though - hairs and crumbs from the previous renter was on the seat, dashboard, radio and gears. I had to ask for a cloth to clean the car myself! They could have offered me a different car, a discount or to clean it, but the salesman just said "What do you want me to do about it?" I asked him to call his boss, but he didn't answer the phone, and he did not return my calls either. In the end they offered me a 15% discount for my next rental, but I will never rent a car with this company again.
