Good experience at Nova rental experience with drop out and drop in. They gave a free child seat when I asked for one. The guy who gave the car and took back was very cool and understanding. Always take the full insurance this saves lot of time and unnecessary worry of paying the deposits. The dropping in was quick and I did not had to get back home thinking of my deposit. That's a relief.
Nova (Split downtown office) has got to be the best car rental company I've ever used. The people are so flexible and friendly, you feel like they can accommodate any of your needs. Which they did, by solving all the additional requirements I had. I was really impressed with the level of quality, the car was insanely clean, and getting it back was super easy which made all the difference.
Our holiday plans changed twice while we had our rental car. Nova/right cars were extremely understanding and helpful. Great service!
Called the day before to rent a car the next day, no problem at all. Prices are good. It was also no problem to bring the car back at a different location (Split Airport).
