Worst possible car return experience ever. Employees must be on commission to invent damage. After hard fought hour, employee error was admitted and I was not charged 3000kn extra for a pre existing scuff on a panel with other damage. This was a car with 56,000 km and a dozen dings. Ridiculous. Do yourself a favor and rent elsewhere.

I've just came back of an incredible trip through Croatia Islands and driving last 2 days to visit KRKA FALLS and Sibernik. The Oryx Rent a Car Service at the airport was SO FAST as CORRECT. 2 employees attended me in 1 m2 (small place to spend so many hours) so very well located, but they did their job with sympathy, care and agility. Twice faster than other company my brother in law rented at the same time one rental company I don't remember and my brain no needs to it. Care and sympathy because my English was a little rusty the first minute of our conversation so Bianka explained me twice certain things with all her sympathy on her face and her answers. She respected my decision not getting total cover insurance and she explained me very detailed the way it goes deposit and a question of time to refund it would take 15 days more o less, that I accepted because I did it with Credit Card so it did not affected the availability of the account. The collection of the vehicle outside the building 200 meters away was faster too except 1,5 min checking some pre rental damage. I drove the car perfectly and I returned 2 day later. Everything up here was more than correct but the difference which a company may impact more in a clueless customer enjoying the trip is in extra things. Moving my most precious electronic objects from one bag in the trunk to another on back seat of the driver at night when we come back from KRKA FALLS it was when my annoying uncertainty began. I realized myself what had happened when I arrived in Barcelona that I noticed that I have lost my iWatch. An appreciated gift from my mother from 2 years ago that had an incalculable degree of feeling for me and I suspected that it could has fell between the folding back seat spaces of the car and luggage car carrier. Then I started to request for 10 days by email to BIANKA, LUKA and DINA the revision of the spaces of the car at the time of deep cleaning when the car was been returned back to ONYX after rental. I received a "I'm so sorry we didn't find it" But I insisted. "I changed many things by grabbing them and carrying them from one bag to another while opening the back seat on the left side of the rental car. That is why I suspect that the Apple watch fell silent between the trunk and the folding seat". So finally with their deeper revisions yesterday I received an email where I was informed that was my lucky day, iWatch was found. I have done all the transport paperwork and I hope to receive it back to my wrist this week. So, I feel so happy. I thank them for the effort an persistence of making me feel today so happy and to recover such an appreciated, useful an sentimental object to me.
