I had a bad experience with Grey Line, so I would recommend avoiding this company. Very bad organization, very bad quality of the bus, smelling inside very bad......I think for this price what I pad I could get better service somewhere else.

This must be the worst tour I've ever had. The tour started one hour late, the air conditioning in the coach was broken with 30°C outside. One passenger even fainted. The bus driver didn't seem to know the way and the tour guide misread her list and almost threw us off the bus at the beginning. She was terrible at explaining the tour and even lost two people from the group. Complete shambles and seems there was no organisation whatsoever. While they did offer a partial refund, you had to travel to the office to get this.

The day before yesterday, four of us booked a trip to Dubrovnik. We got up in time (6:10 am because we were to be picked up 6:20 am and you should be there 10 minutes earlier) at the agreed spot, but waited in vain for the bus. Only about 50 minutes later, we could reach someone under the phone number noted on the ticket. The lady wanted to call back after 2 minutes. After about 10 minutes, the call came back with the bad news that this trip was "canceled" 20 minutes ago. Not a great experience on vacation! We were not informed by the organizer and money back is supposedly difficult, as well as no notice - not even from the booking office, where we are later still -> I'm really served! 🤬

We had booked a trip to Dubrovnik and were punctually at 6:10 on the road. There we waited, freezing, as it was before sunrise, and especially in vain. At first nobody could be reached at the telephone number given on the booking voucher. At 7:00 we finally reached the phone on the phone, a lady who had no idea and told us on her ten minutes later call back that the trip had been canceled. So we had waited in vain and got up unnecessarily early. When booking we had indicated our mobile phone numbers, we would have been available for a timely cancellation. No word of apology. Even the lady in the office, which we visited in the afternoon to get our money back, did not apologize for the fancy tour and the inconvenience. She was, though we were polite to her, snide and rude. The company messed up a holiday for us and in no way apologized or showed any appreciation.
