I'm sure there are a great number of professors and faculty members who do their job properly. Each of them is cast. However, if the institution throws out a young man with a diploma, who speaks very badly of English, has a very poor knowledge of future interests and does not deal with it - it means that the management does not do the job properly (we have all failed). According to me, maritime training should be complete in English. There are professors who are losing their time and spending time on dictation. Professors should transfer their knowledge to students, use all available methods. Unfortunately, there are obviously those who do not have enough knowledge and experience, and maybe they think they have it. Professional subjects should not be taught by professors who do not have sea-going experience in managerial positions. Also, members are in higher functions. (Do not worry, and other casualties that have failed at sea, so now they need to teach young students about the job). Where lucky he has more professors than Captain Tomislav Miletic. Nowadays, when rules change on a daily basis, we need effective education management to produce a successful candidate who can compete on the market. Not to be ashamed of them.
