Absolutely amazing place to be! The afternoon coffee with incredible seaview and morning sunrise was just awesome. Beautiful nature and friendly people around. Rooms are so clean and kitchen perfect equipped! I am so grateful for all amazing job You've done and looking forward for our next stay.

Absolutely disgusted with the owners of this villa - no empathy whatsoever and would highly avoid staying here until they are under new ownership. My partner and I were due to get married in Vis this year and this was the villa we had booked for ourselves during the occasion. We had to sadly cancel the wedding due to COVID. Although Villa Roca were the first we let you know of the cancellation, they are the only villa, out of 6 bookings for other family and friends, that took the stance to not refund any money or offer any vouchers. The wedding venue and the welcome dinner venue both offered refunds but this villa showed zero empathy. They have kept c£2,500 of our hard earned money and not provide a single bit of service. If you find them through AirBnB and they ask you to book through their own website - DO NOT. We found the place originally on AirBnB but the owner/agent asked us to book through their own website. Had they allowed us to book through AirBnB, we would have achieved close to a 100% refund on the deposit (as with our other AirBnb villa bookings for the wedding). We have raised the complaint through AirBnb. My advice would be to avoid this villa at all costs.

Great holidays especially thanks to Villa Roca. Wonderful place, flawless house - giant terrace, outdoor kitchen with large grill, beautiful pool, tasteful amenities. Excellent staff - the girls are great. Beautiful sandy beach 5 minutes walk, close to several quality restaurants. We're going again next year!
