A place with a very interesting story, unfortunately just a lot of wasted potential at the moment. The park is full of random rubble and garbage. It desperately needs a cleanup and to be closed down at night. Supposedly it hosts many exotic plants, why not invest in some name tags? Couple of benches maybe?

This park has so much pontencial, but it is a polluted and full of garbage. There is a beutiful story behind the park. "every sailor when returned from far sea's woud bring a plant with him and plant it in this park". so i am giving it five stars just for the story ....

I've never seen a park/garden in such shape. Filled with garbage, broken lamps, toilet paper, sharp glass everywhere... what happened to it?

Terrible, dirty, forsaken park that needs renovation immediately. Other opinions are about citi itself, not this park. This park looks like dangerous place, where homeless people leaves. Avoid it.
