When we tried to rent a car had to search for the woman who was working for this company. She spends most of her time outside smoking. When we did eventually speak to her, we were not able to hire a car as the security deposit was so high. At this point her colleague offered the minimum security deposit could be €300. I said I would get back to them. Two days later, with deposit of €300 ready to go, I was then told by the same woman that they couldn't accept that. She then wandered off, not explaining where she was going. In the meantime I managed to hire a car from Falco in Makarska, who deliver the car to you and only require €15 a day insurance rather than a ridiculous, ever changing deposit. (Use them: v highly recommended!) I got a phone call about an hour later from the lady who had wandered off asking where I'd gone to and did I still want a car?! (We'd passed her in the car park where she had been out smoking). Absolutely terrible customer service. I'm very glad they didn't get a penny from me in the end.

Got the car 1 hour late. The staff was good and had no service and understanding that we did not get the car on time. The staff is on site at the right time but leaves and says will be in 10 minutes. Will be back after 40 minutes. Does not show any feeling of speeding. Person is not suitable for this job. With its extravagant way and not nice in any way. No service to the customer. The car is perfectly ok.
