Taxi Boat Korcula

We arrived at 14h and asked the boat driver if boats would arrive every 30 minutes on each island and the driver said yes. We payed for a full day trip and then once he got ohr money he gave us the timetable which clearly shows many boats were cancelled during certain times, most of them in the afternoon. We were only able to do one island due to the many time cancellations happening on each island and when we went to ask for a partial reimbursement, the driver (a different one from the one who sold us the tickets), was not helpful and said it was not his problem. He didn’t even offer to help or give us advice on who we could call to sort the issue out. My advice to anyone who wants to take this service is to ask for the timetable before buying the ticket, dont listen to their word that boats will be operating every 30 minutes.

Not worth a full day trip, too many cancelations and there is no proper welcome desk to complain or ask for reimbursement. The guys just disappear with your money and no one takes accountability. Always ask for the timetable before you give them your money, they will smile in your face and say the boys operate every 30 minutes but that is not true.

I rather liked the personal approach they have to every passenger. Helpful and informative. Great price compared to!
