Was charged extra 300 euros(2100 KNs) 5 days after returning the car for no reason. Called the car rental, they requested the original invoice which i don’t have anymore. I was told they couldn’t find my rental history from my name or the date of rental or my telephone number, unless I can provide a rental number from the invoice. Total scammers. Try everything to avoid using their service. Don’t be fooled by the cheap price online.

Same scam as the others reported. Charged 300 euro extra on insurance even though I didn't opt for it. They automatically add it to your bill and tell you that you're paying for deposit. Which is not true. STAY AWAY!

Easy procedure and an upgrade to a Mercedes A class free of charge

Overcharged. Visited here in June and was charged £300 extra for no reason. Contacted Avis and was told that there was nothing they could do as I had agreed to sign up for “extra insurance”. This simply wasn’t true as I even had third party car insurance for excess, so why would I need that? Please save yourself the hassle and avoid at all costs.

I went through many opinions about this place and I will never ever make a deal with Avis Budget!
