Lulic Rent a car Zadar Airport

I've rented a car for 2 days in August 2017 and would definitely recommend it! There was no need for prepayment or deposit fee and I paid 113€ with full insurance (booked only one week in advance, it was the cheapest I've found). At the end of the rental they offered to arrange the car pick up at the city of Zadar in a place that suited me for no extra cost, so I didn't have to take a shuttle from the airport after.

Flawless service. With a full insurance we didn't have to pay any deposit, so not only there is no need to own a credit card, but also we could pay with a pre-paid Revolut card there. Even if we didn't ask for it, we received a bigger car than ordered without any surcharge (Polo instead of Aygo), which came as a nice surprise, as we would never fit our suitcases to the car we actually ordered. Before the car was handed over to us, every single damage noted in a car's file has been shown to us before handing over keys. The car was clean, a tank was full. We drove almost 2000 km without any troubles whatsoever.

First it was 10 minutes, then 20, then I called after 30 and asked again when we would receive our booked vehicle, it was only about 10-25 minutes. I explained to the lady on the phone that she had given me other information and in the end she had given me completely different prices, that it was very untrustworthy and not customer-oriented. But despite the Corona time and forbearance, she replied to me very cheekily: she was not dependent on this booking. I am very disappointed and would not nearly agree with the 5 star rating

Unfriendly, not serious and in the end double the price.

Eu tive meu carro esperando no airpot quando Cheguei la. E no final do aluguel eles se ofereceram para providenciar o carro pegar na cidade de Zadar em um lugar que me serviu sem nenhum custo extra, então eu não tive que tomar um ônibus do aeroporto depois.
