Taxi Denis Zadar Croatia

We did order a taxi to airport early in the morning . Checked with them timing few times a day before arrival, agreed on price and everything but we end up with no taxi at all next morning. We called them lots of time , waiting for them more then half an hour but they didn't turn up and blocked our numbers. Such an unresponsible service without any professionalism. It was very difficult to find other taxi services in a short time. We stressed out a lot as we risked to be late and miss our flight. At the end we had to pay twice more to other taxi service just because it was last minute order. Anyway it was better option than missing the flight. Don't rely on this company at all. Liars!!! They don't value you and your time!!!

This company should be Ashamed of promising to take us to the airport and not turning up and hanging up our calls. We booked taxi for 08:30hours to take us from NIN to Zadar Airport, come 8:20am texted asking if the taxi is on the way , no answer. 08.30 no taxi and no answer, my calls are being hanged up. So we kept calling until 9am as there are no other taxi companies to call in NIN. almost MISSED THE FLIGHT. Shame on you

If it was possible then I would give 0 points. We ordered a taxi at midday for 7.30 pm., but then our host offered us to drive us in the evening, so I wrote the taxi Denis a message that I no longer need a taxi and according to my phone they read the message. Well then a taxi driver from taxi Denis came at 6:45 and said that we ordered a Taxi for 7:30. We then told the driver that we canceled the taxi via SMS and he showed us his phone with my messages. The driver had all my messages, but he obviously deleted the message in which I canceled the taxi and insisted that we now have to go with him. After a short discussion we decided to take the taxi to avoid further discussions. The price for the taxi was 50 kuna higher than we usually paid for the same distance. We were upset about the price and our driver called the company owner, we talked to him but he was equally unfriendly... I would never go with this Taxi company again there are way better, friendlier and cheaper choices in Zadar!

Everything OK. I've booked taxi via email day before the journey. Good price - 135 kn from Zadar (Diklo) to the airport.

Booked wan from airport ro city center after coming with plane in the night. All confirmed by email. When we come the driver had bo wan. We had no warning about this. Then he suggested we could drive 5 adults pluss driver with luggage in a normal stagon wagon for max 5 persons. We could not agree about this. 2 of us fixed other transport... This is not ok. Especially that we did not get any warning that they did not have a wan avaliable, so we could have booked another transport, or as compensation they come with 2 cars.
