Fleet rentacar

I would like to give 0 (zero) stars but I can't. The worst service I ever had. If you are the driver, then you need to pay with a credit card on YOUR name, otherwise you will be charged again and MORE! can you believe this? because I don't. The receptionist was VERY RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! Cheap cars but they have TONS of hidden costs!! They have SEPARATE insurance for the body, tyres and windows...don't bother with renting car from here. Might as well rent from other reputable rental company. UNFRIENDLY RECEPTIONIST! She played on the phone while we were asking her. Ignored the customer. RUDE AND UNHELPFUL. A bad start to our trip and soured the mood. :(

New car. Good service. No hidden costs. Don't want to persuade you to complete something. Delivery took 10 minutes. I can only recommend it.

Very very very unpleasant! The receptionist not at all professional she allowed herself to intervene in our conversation with other customers because they advised them to take out insurance. The only time she was nice was when she asked us to pay. The car was a mess full of scratches. Unfortunately we did not take any photos and they charged us 60 euro for a clawed beast. We thought that the circles on the diagram before taking the car corresponded to the rear view mirror and well no it was supposedly the bodywork and not the rear view mirror. Conclusion: take lots of photos !!!! Or just don't go to their place.
