Great hotel for families and kids.... the all inclusive package is great too. Nice rooms and pool area.

!!!BEWARE!!!! DO NOT BOOK HERE. We checked out early. Looking for 2 days relax after Carona shenanigans and even willing to pay a little premium for it however this place is currently a rort. Band-aid (sticking plaster) found in food (no joke 🤮). Not even any apology. The staff are rude, aircon in restaurant is non existent so you are uncomfortable and leave. The food quality and choice is WAY below average for 4 stars and for the money they are still charging (full price!) you can get better options elsewhere. They offered me a 20% discount after multiple complaints and I am still fuming and feel robbed of my time and money. Cold, unapologetic management and you need to buss your own bags in and out too btw. If you want a drink.. from the bar...you need to get that too. Usually in other places there are staff for that, so you can relax. It's what you pay for. Would not bother and save yourself money and get a better experience elsewhere. We are now checked in at an apartment 3 minutes away and 5 times the size with proper aircon, luxury appliances, jacuzzi, pool and it's half the price. Shame on you Falkensteiner.😡

Great family hotel. We loved it 😊

Would have been 4+ stars for the hotel, but 1 star for the COVID protocols. Hotel is very nice, rooms were clean and nice, staff is friendly, food was good, great location, nice spa, kids loved the pool, free bicycles to borrow. All good things. Unfortunately, the COVID precautions were well below average (this was the 4th hotel we have stayed in since June). The buffet was still a normal buffet, with no staff members serving food like we were told would be the procedure. There were plastic gloves and hand sanitizer available at the buffet, but no requirement to wear them so only about 1/2 of the guests appeared to use them. Only 10% of the guests wore masks, if even that many. There was no respect for or enforcement of social distancing guidelines at the restaurant, pool, bar, or kids club. There did not appear to be any nightly cleaning of the pool chairs, which should be standard in this environment. Not related to the hotel or its staff, but I was disappointed in the behavior of other guests. Twice I saw children urinate in the pool deck. Once I saw a child (~4 years old) defecate on the pool deck. On our last day, there was poop floating in the pool near the base of the slide. I enjoyed the hotel, but feel that the COVID concerns need to be taken more seriously and enforced by staff on the guests so they are able to stay open during the pandemic.

this hotel does not diserve 4*.... maybe it looks nice from the outside, but the rooms are poorly isolated, I can hear everthing from the rooms that are next to mine... the higiene is not at 4* level or the room... in 2 days I had 2 experiences where I could not get inside of my room beacuse of the key, the people who work here are nice but things are not organised as they should be...
